Rajesh founded India's first games company, Dhruva Interactive, in 1997 and is acknowledged as a pioneer of the Games Industry in India.
Dhruva completed 20 years in business in March 2017, and is recognized as a leading provider of external development services to the global games industry. In 2017, Dhruva was acquired by Starbreeze Studios, a Stockholm NASDAQ listed games company.
Rajesh is active in promoting and growing the gaming industry in India, by working closely with the startups, trade bodies, educational institutes and government. He formed and chaired the NASSCOM Gaming Forum, which served as the de facto industry body for games in India, and is now leading the initiative to form an independent trade body for game developers in India.
