Rohith is digital savant who's in love with parallel entrepreneurship. And this manifested in starting three companies: Robosoft, Global Delight and 99Games. He started with Robosoft, a services company, in 1996, with Apple Inc., as its first customer. Working with such a demanding client early on helped him set the bar high. More global engagements with clients like Hewlett Packard, Epson, Pearson, etc. soon followed. In 2005, Robosoft started porting games from Windows/Xbox to Mac and built a vast portfolio and expertise in gaming.
With the launch of iPhone in 2007, it was clear that the advent and capabilities of smartphones was going to have one of the most profound impacts on the way people live and interact, how businesses function, and most certainly how and who played video games. This insight inspired Rohith to incubated two new startups in 2008 - Global Delight and 99Games, to create own IPs and products. Robosoft is now a strong global company with a highly creative and capable team which understands all aspects of mobility - digital strategy, creative, app development, marketing and analytics. And Global Delight has some of the most innovative products in video and audio space. Along the way, he had the opportunity to do it all: coding, product design, coding, marketing, competitive analysis, trade shows, evangelism, business development, fundraising, partnership management, team building and more.
Rohith fervently believes that the best is yet to come in the form a hockey stick growth story in Mobile gaming in India. Hence he's now decidedly focused on building 99Games into a top gaming company in India.
